We’re so proud of our Infinity team – so much work and dedication has gone into bringing this vision to life.<\/p>\n

The History<\/h2>\n

This milestone paves the way for four future neighbourhoods in the master-planned community that is transforming Historic Downtown Abbotsford. This is a cause for celebration, not just for Team Infinity<\/a><\/strong>, but for the entire Abbotsford community as The Rail District breathes new life into the area’s rich history. The site originally housed The Clayburn Brick Factory<\/a><\/strong> – once a hive of industrial activity, and a cornerstone of the city’s early growth. Now, it’s transforming into a vibrant community where families can put down roots and enjoy the best of modern living, while still honouring Abbotsford’s history.<\/p>\n

The Vision<\/h2>\n

The vision behind The Rail District is all about fostering a sense of connection: walkable streets lined with shops, a central plaza buzzing with activity, and a brand-new Rail Trail, perfect for evening strolls. And, don’t forget The Station<\/a><\/strong> – the resident’s only amenity building which offers a swimming pool, outdoor play areas for kids and adults, dog wash, bike repair room, fireside lounge, and a business centre to name a few!<\/p>\n

Although the Brickyard Neighbourhood is now fully occupied, there’s still plenty to get excited about at The Rail District. We’ve currently released the Railside Neighbourhood<\/strong>, featuring more homes from our Abby Townhome Series<\/strong><\/a>, offering a variety of two- and three-bedroom townhomes, each designed with modern living in mind.
